Thanksgiving fun

This past year God blessed Sarah and I with a new home. So we invited the Grimes/Owens (my sister's family) clan over to our new digs to celebrate Thanksgiving. We had a swell time and Sarah and I didn't even overcook the turkey! Here are some pictures I took on thursday and a couple other recent ones of my kids.

My Family

Some of you know that we recently had a new baby, Isaac. He was born two months early but is home now and doing well. In response to many people asking, I thought I'd put some pictures of him online along with some of Ava my daughter (there's actually more of her). We recently took Ava to feed the ducks. She couldn't quite figure out why we'd be giving perfectly good bread to these creatures when she could eat it. The duck wasn't too happy.

Family and Friends

Yesterday I had the fun opportunity to spend some time with my sister Jill, and her family. Also along for the day were some family friends Lonnie, Val, and their two boys. We faced the cold with confidence and hunted for a few remaining fall leaves. By the time we were finished I was pretty happy with the shots. Today after editing I thought I'd share a couple with my faithful blog readers (if there are any besides my sister Jill). There will be more to come but I just like to tease my big sister.

Chez and Heather

Last Saturday we attended the autumn wedding of Chez and Heather. We made a quick trip to a local state park and snagged a couple photo's that you'll see below! Congratulations guys! Thanks for bringing Grimestone Photo along for the day.

The Crist Clan

Here's some pictures of the Crist family that I took about two weeks ago. They told me of this great place to take pictures that I didn't know about. I look forward to taking some more there! We joked during the shoot that they could be a model family for Woolrich clothing since they almost all were sporting some sort of Woolrich branded shirt or coat.
